Shop Manager

Duties & responsibilities:

Support and supervise shop supervisors to ensure better management and efficient running of shops. 
Supervise maintenance of brand image: branding, look & feel of each shop, counter display & presentation, staff personal presentation, service standards & customer service.
Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
Ensuring company standards and procedures are adhered to.
Dealing with escalated customer issues, and incident reports.
Oversight of shops from a marketing perspective.
Identification, development & coordination of marketing activities.
Training: induction, refresher, training gaps identification, monitoring & evaluation of learning on the ground, & pushing for adoption of learnt skills & knowledge in practice.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of a diploma in sales & marketing or other relevant qualification from a recognised institution.
7+ years of hands-on experience in sales & marketing or food retail/bakery shop management at middle management level. Experience in a bakery shop is preferred.
Results oriented with demonstrable passion for food and food retail.
Excellent understanding of food retail/bakery shop operations with proven track record in delivering sales growth and excellent customer experience.
