Sales Administrator (Training & Learning Institution) Platform (System) Implementation Specialist Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all client agreements are fully drawn, signed and manage the invoicing process accordingly.
Demonstrate effective self-leadership and collaboration with Client Partners, Business Delivery team, and clients to ensure the success of all initiatives.
Create, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans for the successful onboarding of new learning journeys and projects.
Maintain clarity on operational and logistical support for internal stakeholders and client partnerships to ensure smooth operations.
Customize contractual agreements and ensure timely execution by all parties involved.
Provide first-level support for clients, addressing queries promptly and resolving complex issues within defined timeframes.
Develop a strong understanding of solutions, processes, and systems to effectively support clients.
Attend client meetings alongside Client Partners as required.
Plan and facilitate Quarterly and Annual Business Review meetings with clients, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
Monitor and track client impact journeys, recommending necessary changes to exceed client expectations.
Analyse client performance on the 4DX Platform and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for required actions.

Qualifications

Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Sales administrator preferably for a learning and training institution.
Must have exceptional problem-solving skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities, and high emotional intelligence.
Must have experience in account management, sales administration and customer success is required.
Possesses analytical prowess to evaluate data and recommend enhancements for client success.
