OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
Reporting to the Manager – Security and Logistics, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transport arrangements of the staff, facilitating parcels collection and delivery, and maintaining accurate record for vehicle movements, service dates and inspections.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating collection and delivery of parcels
Coordinate transport arrangements including airport transfers.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement, service dates, and inspections.
Participate in inventory and cost control exercises in Security and Logistics department.
Manage keys to the Hospital as per policy.
Participate in delivery of quality services.
To drive customer excellence.
The requirements
Diploma in Transport and Logistics or any other related course from a recognized/certified institution.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy reputable hospital.
