Operations Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage and improve our administrative processes, customer care, and statutory compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our day-to-day activities, allowing us to provide exceptional service to our customers and close sales faster.

Responsibilities:

Customer Operations:

Manage customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
Coordinate follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to close sales faster and improve customer satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks:

Oversee reconciliation processes and maintain accurate records.
Assist in preparing and managing statutory filings.
Create and maintain accounting entries, working closely with our accounting team.
Manage general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company.

Metrics Tracking and Issue Resolution:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
Identify issues and areas for improvement, proposing and implementing solutions.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of our operational processes and systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations, customer service, or administrative roles.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with accounting software and CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Passion for the fintech industry and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
