Key Responsibilities:
Receive and organize raw materials upon arrival, ensuring accurate labelling with prices and origin information.
Collaborate with the production team to assemble packets of raw materials for production, including inventory tagging and job card preparation.
Distribute production packets to the production team weekly, ensuring timely and efficient allocation of resources.
Oversee the collection of finished items from the production team, conducting quality control checks and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for approval and inventory updates.
Facilitate the preparation of newly created items for photography sessions, including rail-ready setup and coordination with the photographer.
Coordinate weekly handover of finished products to the merchandise/sales team, ensuring accurate tagging, inventory listing, and photography documentation.
Maintain real-time updates of inventory levels, sales, and production activities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information for all stakeholders.
Prepare delivery notes for consignments and manage the packing and shipment process, including international shipping arrangements and tracking.
Key Requirements:
Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.
Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
Knowledge of shipping logistics and experience with courier services such as DHL is advantageous.
Prior experience in quality control procedures and familiarity with warehouse safety protocols is desirable.
