Technical Sales Proposal Writer Logistics Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Business Development Director or Any Relevant Reporting Line Manager, and/or Director).
Work with Internal Teams, Vendors/Suppliers to Obtain In-Depth Understanding of the Solution/Product and the Technical Documents Required (e.g., Technical Specifications, Datasheets, Technical Drawings, Etc.).
Produce High Quality Documentation that Meets Applicable Standards and Is Appropriate for its Intended Client.
Contact and Present Client Focused Oil & Gas Solutions, UN/NGOs, and to Defined Corporates (e.g., Oil & Gas, UN/NGOs, Etc.).
Meet and/or Exceed Sales Goals with a Focus on Client Centricity.
Complete Technical Proposals with the Main Focus of Driving Sales Growth/Increasing Sales Pipeline.
Ability to Research, Develop and Survey Technical Proposals.
Communicate with Relevant Departments to Complete Proposals on time and on Budget.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing or Supply Chain Logistics
1 – 3 Years Related Experience in Technical Writing & Document Creation.
Proven Working Experience in Technical Writing.
Ability to Delivery High Quality Documentation Paying Attention to Details.
Excellent Written Skills in English.
Strong Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Etc.).
Client Focused, Honest and Impeccable Integrity.

Sense of Urgency and Follow-Through.
Ability to Work Cross-Functionally and Collaborate with a Diverse Team.
Ability to Listen, Influence and Excellent Communication Ability.
Provide Technical Advice and Clarification During the Sales Process.
Ensure Proposals Are Aligned with Company Pricing Strategies and Overall Business Goals.
Facilitate Smooth Hand-offs of Successful Proposals to The Project or Product Delivery Teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Including PowerPoint), Internet, & Job Specific Software.
