A leading land selling company in Nakuru, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of land sales representatives, driving sales growth, and exceeding ambitious targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve team and company sales goals.
Train, and coach a high-performing team of land sales representatives.
Motivate and inspire your team to consistently exceed expectations.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure team members have the necessary resources and skills to succeed.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement coaching plans for individual development.
Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in land sales or a related field.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success in a competitive environment.
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
