Your mission at Sistema.bio:
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the successful execution of marketing initiatives by managing the creative processes, and supplier relationships, supporting field marketing projects and other marketing activities.
You’ll be in charge of:
Developing detailed briefs for the creative team on Monday.com and being the primary contact person for the graphic designer regarding the marketing team’s design needs.
Managing supplier relationships, including handling samples, briefs, and deadlines, and ensuring quality assurance.
Sourcing, identifying relevant industry events & facilitating the team’s participation, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
Providing support to the field team in projects, including proposal writing and research.
Collaborating with the marketing manager to develop regional training content.
Analyzing and evaluating the performance of each marketing channel, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Developing and implementing strategies to promote and drive participation in the program. Make changes to improve the program’s efficiency, user experience, and overall effectiveness.
More about YOU:
You possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing or any business-related field. (CIM is an added advantage).
You have 2 years of work experience working in the marketing department.
You are fluent in Swahili & English.
You have experience in marketing research and analysis.
You have excellent writing skills in English.
You can work with a multicultural team.
You can collaborate & adapt.
You understand social media platforms, trends, and effective strategies.
You have excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and prioritize work effectively.
