Requirements
Be a Seventh-day Adventist in regular standing, with elear connection to a Seventh-day Adventist church.
Have an earned PhD degree from a University recognized in Kenya;
Be at least an Associate Professor in a university recognized in Kenya;
Have at least ten (10) years of university academic teaching and rescarch experience
Must have served for a period of at least five (5) years, with measurable results, in a senior academic administrative position.
Demonstrate proven knowledge and experience in the application of
ICT in administration, teaching and learning.
Demonstrate an understanding of the laws, policies, and regulations governing Universities in Kenya.
Have demonstrable knowledge in the structural, administrative and financial operations of a university.
Have demonstrable fundraising capacity.
Have supervised at least three(3) masters and onc(1) PhD degree students to completion.
