Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain partnerships with banks, SACCOs, and financial institutions in Meru.
Facilitate efficient loan processing and disbursal procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance turnaround times.
Conduct regular assessments of partnership effectiveness and propose improvements.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the loan application process.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Prepare reports on loan processing metrics and performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in credit management or financial services. (Must)
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
