Are you a Finance graduate with passion in financial and accounting functions in making business processes efficient and effective? We are looking for someone with entry-level experience in Finance function to join our brilliant team.
The GMT shall be assisting in the running of the Treasury function and preparation of statutory reconciliations, filing monthly returns and petty cash management and working with the finance team to support business operations.
About The Role Key Duties And Responsibilities
Downloading bank statements and preparing the daily bank listing file.
Adding, Deleting users, agents, and signatories.
Uploading payments into bank portal.
Annual renewal of Total bank guarantee
Annual renewals of bank facility letters.
Reviewing/updating treasury related SOPs.
Petty cash reconciliations and journal postings.
M-pesa payments and reconciliations.
Monthly Filing of PAYE, NITA & HOUSE LEVY.
Monthly Filing of WHT, WHVAT & VAT.
Annual Filing of motor vehicle Advance tax.
Performing Intercompany Cross Charges.
Quarterly signoffs of East Africa bank signatories and mpesa.
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Booking Intercompany and 3rd parties AP invoices.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting.
Microsoft Office and Excel Proficiency.
Knowledge on Data Analysis Skills.
Ability to take quick decisions.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Well organized Finance personnel
