Senior Sales Executive

Role Description

Growth Partners is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Nairobi County, Kenya. This is a full-time on-site role. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the sales consulting industry is a plus
Prior experience in managing a sales team is a plus
