Your mission at Sistema.bio:
Procurement and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day to day import and export processes and coordinating International travel and administration.
You’ll be in charge of:
Coordinating International travel and regional administration with partners across Africa to oversee smooth, timely, and cost-effective travel and administration for employees traveling across Africa.
Supporting Import and export process through proper documentation, quotes evaluation, communication with the freight forwarders, and regular customer updates and cost analysis.
Coordinating international sourcing and procurement by establishing supplier relationships, opening accounts, and reviewing suppliers.
Managing stakeholder relationships with clearing agents, suppliers, travel agents, and customers across different regions.
More about YOU:
Possess a bachelor’s degree in either Supply Chain Management, Procurement/Purchasing, Logistics, or any relevant field.
Relevant professional qualification in Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management (CIPS qualification or equivalent) is preferred.
You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in regional administrative work and shipments. Experience coordinating shipments across Africa is highly preferred.
You are Proficient in working with Google work space and Microsoft Office apps,
Excellent time management and project management skills.
You demonstrate strong ethics and are very accountable,
You have excellent negotiation and Influencing skills and you are highly flexible.
