Your Responsibilities
Plan sub-locality market coverage basis their population, profile, number of outlets, business potentials etc.
Ensure proper planning of national coverage & PJPs, their implementation and systematic coverage across territories.
Deliver distribution targets for all OTC brands for the country.
Manage, activate, and drive the business in Hospitals, Modern Trade & Pharmacy Channels (Retail & wholesale) maintaining a strict control on RSPs & wholesale rates Ensure proper coverage of all Hospitals & Retail Pharmacies by MSRs as per the coverage plan.
Manages the HCP & KOL database.
Monitor utilization of trade spends and ensure they are within budget limits
Achieve monthly primary and secondary value sales target for the entire product range.
Train field force and motivate the sales officers to enhance visibility in Modern Trade outlets, and wholesale customers to drive indirect distribution and maximize shelf space for products as per given objectives.
