Junior Product Manager

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Junior Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our cutting-edge reconciliation product. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you’ll be an integral part of the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of customer-centric solutions that align with our company’s vision and strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

Product Strategy Development: Assist in developing a product strategy in alignment with the company’s core objectives and evolving customer needs.
Translation of Strategy: Translate product strategy into detailed plans, requirements, and prototypes.
Product Evangelism: Support the Head of Product in acting as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Pricing and Positioning: Collaborate with the executive team to contribute to the development of product pricing and positioning strategies.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform and adjust product strategy.
Customer Focus: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and experiences, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth.
Roadmap Ownership: Assist in assuming responsibility for the product roadmap, ensuring its alignment with business objectives.
Prioritization: Collaborate on scoping and prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact.
Product Oversight: Support in overseeing all aspects of the product, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.
Quality Standards: Work towards upholding a rigorous standard of reliability, quality, and usability through product development phases, ensuring that metrics are consistently met.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market and optimal solutions.
Expertise in Reconciliation: Develop a deep understanding of reconciliation processes.

You’ll catch our eye if you have:

1-3 years of experience in Product Management or other technical roles building Fintech/B2B products.
A willingness to learn and contribute to managing products through the software development lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to getting the job done.
Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology Management, or equivalent.
