Collection of account receivable when they are due
Customer service and marketing of company products.
Attending and participating in business networking meetings.
Providing relevant information about our products and services to customers, distribution of marketing materials to potential clients.
Maintenance of the customer database and developing marketing action point on customers who we have identified business opportunities.
Participating in operational system development- that is, policies and procedures development, and reviews and also in implementation of the same.
Continuously monitoring the account receivable and recommending classification depending on repayment histories.
Participating in product development by doing market research and competitor analysis and in also designing product features.
