The purpose of the International Recruitment Executive role is to develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies in target countries/regions in order to iHR meet objectives. This is accomplished through analysis of market intelligence, a rigorous planning process, making optimal use of available channels for engagement, and close collaboration with a range of stakeholders, both within and outside the Country. The International Recruitment Executive will be the principal resource of staff recruitment expertise within the organization for our market portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
As the International Recruitment Executive, you will be:
Working with the recruitment team, overseeing, managing and delivering all operational end-to-end recruitment activity and campaigns across a range of business functions ensuring robust, cost efficient and timely delivery of all recruitment services.
Working with recruitment agencies worldwide
Ensuring effective onboarding, compliance, and continuous review of the recruitment process, identifying areas of improvement and developing appropriate solutions
Managing the delivery of recruitment activity in a portfolio of countries in order to meet institutional recruitment targets.
Contributing to building recruitment tools such as interview guides, training, templates and other resources for use by hiring managers and country HR administrators.
Establishing a strong rapport with hiring managers at headquarters and in field offices Serve as an in-house advisor on recruitment best practices, regulations and policies in different countries
Sourcing potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates.
Fostering relationships with recruitment agencies and headhunters to develop a talent management strategy to fill all vacancies in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator.
In-depth knowledge of global recruitment trends and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Recruitment channels and HR databases
Knowledge of labour Legislation
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like LinkedIn)
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
Strong decision-making skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
A degree in Human Resources Management or related field
CHRP will be an added advantage
