Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring HR records are kept and appropriate reports are compiled and well presented
Payroll preparation in liaison with HR manager and finance department to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
Recruitment and onboarding of new staff
Developing the exit process and final settlement for employees,
Handling disciplinary and grievance matters in accordance with the disciplinary policy and employment labour laws.
Maintaining good communication within the company
Maintain efficient leave management system in coordination with the supervisors
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent,
At least Two (2) years experience in a similar role in a Flower Industry
Effective communication skills both oral and written.
