Managing HR strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, etc…
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
Ensure Job Descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, county and central regulations.
Performance Management Appraisals for employees
Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
Ensure the organization’s HR Policies are in compliance with all local, county and central regulations.
Handling all labour and union matters
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
Working experience on ERP’s
Design and implement employee engagement & retention strategies
Grievance Handling
Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Experience
Min 8 yrs in Human Resources Background
Min 5 years in Human Resources Department
Min 3 years in a Managerial position HRM
