MMEA CSS Resource Demand Capability Manager

As the lead, you will have a responsibility to develop, maintain, implement, and follow up the optimal Resources Management strategy and its’ execution across the Middle East and Africa Cloud Software & Services (CSS) organization.

What You Will Do

Be the Market Area Resource Demand, Capacity and capability Manager for MMEA CSS.
Enable the organization to secure the right resources, with the right competence at the right time and place with the right costs; all with predictability.
Provide MMEA CSS EriMatch (Demand) expertise including day-to-day operational execution support for our teams, new feature and functionality deployment and tool lifecycle management.
Run the MMEA CSS Recruitment flow (Capacity planning) and Executive Reporting
Implement and govern the Services Resource Management (SRM) process lifecycle within the Market Area.
Close interaction with existing Resource Demand, Capacity & Capability Managers on Demand and Capacity Planning in support of the SRM process.
Work closely with CSS Business Owners and other Resource Leads within the CSS organization
Work closely with People Function, External Workforce Management, Global Resource Management and Service Delivery teams to optimize ways of working and implement smoothly.
Have a strong understanding of SuccessFactors and associated processes.
Support in data quality (HRMS/EriMatch) identification and rectification.
Identify efficiencies and cost optimization activities related to MMEA CSS resourcing (such as STA-In monitoring)
Oversee MMEA CSS Recruitment (Capacity planning) and Executive Reporting.
Drive EriMatch resource optimization initiatives (including but not limited to organization adoption, lead time response rates, and allocation percentages)
Guide and implement SRM process excellence which ensures business continuity
Lead any global strategic programs related to EriMatch.
Communicate and drive awareness of SRM, EriMatch and Recruitment practices across the CSS organization

You will bring

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Min years of experience: 5-10 years
Proven EriMatch (or equivalent demand management) expertise
Domain experience: Broad Ericsson Domain experience
Possess +5 years of experience of Service Delivery.
Social, negotiation and argumentation skills
Holds Organizational Resource Management and / or Project Management skills
Strong knowledge of Ericsson Service Delivery and specifically SRM Process
Change and improvement management skills
Data analytics and financial competence and skills
You are responsible for formulating strategies and concepts
