Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating construction work with various contractors and consultants onsite and ensuring their work delivered is within the required contract specifications.
Developing a detailed scheduled (preventative) maintenance plan for all farm equipment and infrastructure for the following departments: production, post-harvest, IPM & sales
Custodianship of all tools, fuel, PPE and machinery deployed in the expansion area.
Ensure the electrical fence is in operation at all time so as to have the farm properly protected from trespassers
Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Must have 10+ years of experience in facilities maintenance with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Must have experience in the Floriculture sector.
Ability to thrive while working collaboratively with colleagues, identifying and solving problems independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess strong work ethic, ability to work in teams, intellectual curiosity, and ability to structure and solve problems.
