Drafting scope of work for managed services.
Partner selection.
Network & process transformation recommendations for enabling best in class performance.
UNOC technology / platform selection, multi-vendor compatibility, Node Management & Service Management layer development.
Competencies
Should have an understanding of Latest Telecom Technologies & Service Processes.
Should have lead Technical function of a similar scale.
Strong leadership & review management skills.
Handling managed service portfolios.

Qualifications and Experience
University degree (Engineering or Computer Science)
Minimum 10 years’ experience in GSM / UMTS Network Operations & Maintenance / NOC Operations exposure to Managed Services model.
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in telecommunication/other relevant industry
Experience from simplification and innovation projects.
Experience in driving OPCOs towards simplification & standardization.
