Job Description:
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control within the construction department. They play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient allocation and utilization of resources, accurate cost forecasting, and adherence to budgetary constraints throughout construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Professional accreditation or membership in a recognized Quantity Surveying institution is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software, MS Projects and CRM.
Strong understanding of interpretation of drawings and technical know how of structural works.
Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design quality.
