Responsibilities
Work as an a assistant to the senior valuer.
Carry out property inspection and provide a detailed report as assigned by the senior valuer.
Qualifications
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Land Economics
Be a Graduate of the Institution of Surveyors Kenya (ISK)
Proficient in computer skills, specifically ICDL
Possess excellent communication skills
Able to work efficiently and provide quick turnaround on assignments
Be a mature team player
Experience in property inspection and report writing and presentation
