What You’ll Do

Collaborate with department heads to comprehend staffing needs and devise efficient recruitment strategies.
Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, encompassing job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and induction.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new recruits, ensuring it’s informative and positive.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company ethos, policies, and protocols.
Serve as the primary contact for employee queries, fostering a harmonious and inclusive workplace.
Mediate workplace conflicts, conduct investigations if required, and promote transparent communication.
Guide managers and staff in goal setting and professional growth during the performance review process.
Collaborate with leadership to tackle performance-related concerns effectively.
Identify training necessities and coordinate skill enhancement opportunities.
Implement training schemes to bolster employee capabilities and knowledge.
Guarantee compliance with company policies and legal obligations.
Oversee employee relations, resolve disputes, and ensure policy adherence and legal compliance.
Stay abreast of labor laws and HR benchmarks, proposing policy enhancements as needed.
Contribute to managing employee benefits schemes, such as health coverage and retirement plans.
Address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
Contribute to fostering a positive, diverse, and inclusive company culture.
Organize team-building events to foster employee engagement and teamwork.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in Human Resources roles, with early-stage companies or startup environments
Solid knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative and approachable demeanor and diplomacy.
Familiarity with HR software and tools for efficient management.
