Cabin Crew

Responsibilities:

Attend pre-flight briefings.
Perform pre-flight duties, including safety equipment checks and ensuring the aircraft is clean.
Welcome and direct passengers to their seats.
Inform passengers of safety procedures and ensure proper storage of hand luggage.
Responsible for passenger safety while operating an aircraft
Check seat belts and galleys before takeoff.
Make announcements on behalf of the pilot and address passenger inquiries during the flight.
Serve meals and refreshments, sell duty-free goods, and inform passengers of allowance restrictions.
Reassure and guide passengers in emergency situations, providing first aid when necessary.
Ensure safe passenger disembarkation at the end of the flight, checking for leftover luggage.
Complete necessary paperwork.

Qualifications:

Kenyan citizen.
Holding KCAA CMC.
DHC 8 rating.
Aviation qualification/Training as Cabin Crew.
Minimum 2 Years’ work Experience as a Cabin Crew.
Fluent in English & Swahili (written and spoken)
Fluency in French & Arabic will be added advantage.
An effective communicator, listener, inquisitive and a questioner.
Administrative skills.
Excellent grooming and disciplined.
Good customer care skills.
Passion for service and an ability to work as part of a multicultural team
Excellent health and fitness
