Business Assistant Intern

We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Business assistant intern.
Job Summary
The Business Assistant intern will provide business services by implementing administrative systems and business procedures. S/he plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the office runs smoothly. S/he will manage the reception services; ensure that the office has the requisite supplies. S/he will assist work in various departments in the organization per need basis
Job Specifications

Diploma in business administration or any other related field
2 years working experience in a business environment.
Be an effective communicator, with strong written and verbal skills.
Effective communicators with excellent leadership skills
Have proficiency in MS office suite.
Be a team player and flexible to work in various departments
Has self-initiative and a continuous learner
Knowledge in accounting will be an added advantage
