Responsibilities

Implementation of effective Digital and Inside sales process
Team growth, performance evaluation and clarity about career path.
Owning and achieving the incredibly important strategic goal of building competent and productive inside sales team and achieving business goals of digital sales.
Analyzing data about sales trends in order to identify potential problems that could affect sales performance
Creating and managing advertising campaigns on digital platforms such as search engines, social media sites, and mobile applications
Working with other departments within a company to ensure that all aspects of a campaign are successful
Create and implement appropriate lead generation processes through all digital and remote methods, remote customer engagement sales and onboarding process.
Own the entire journey and growth path of the team members.

Requirements

Degree in Digital Marketing and Sales and marketing or any other related roles.
Five years of experience in a similar role
Disciplined Execution and process adherence.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Strong communication skills
