Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Head of Special Program who will drive efficiency, innovation and strategic alignment within the organization.
In this role you will be working closely together with leaders across the units and will play an important part in defining and leading how we move forward together as one team
The position is part of the PMO leadership team and will report to the Head of MMEA CSS PMO and Project Operations.
What you will do

Develop and keep track of objectives and key results.
Work with the leadership and across unit on overall strategic plans.
Ensure that operational initiatives align with the broader strategic goals of both MMEA & CSS.
Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Evolve and drive PMO strategy with razor sharp focus on the improvement streams while continuously assessing and enhancing program objectives.
Develop, own and control the detailed timelines and activities under each strategic stream.
Drive and own the execution of these programs including AIs and see them to closure in a timely manner.
Bubble up common threads/ issues/problem areas and drive improvement plans.
Manage the implementation of strategic initiatives and operational improvement projects.
Collaborate with various units and teams to ensure effective reporting, communication and coordination during execution.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders, addressing concerns and promoting understanding.
Ideate, evaluate, pilot and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.
Lead efforts to transform our ways of working to reach a higher level of excellence.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align operational and strategic objectives.
Secure excellence in all aspects of execution and vigorously drive a culture of high performance across the board.

To be successful in the role you must have:

15+ years of experience with heavy focus on project management and governance.
10+ years of experience managing customer relationship including senior stakeholder management.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Domain experience/ knowledge: OCC (OSS, Telecom Core & Cloud) and knowledge of BSS.
Experienced in leading teams in a multicultural collaborative and matrixed environment.
Superior proven problem-solving skills with strong curiosity and hunger to develop and learn continuously.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relations.
Excellent planning, presentation, and organization skills.
Strategic thinker and capability to structure large amounts of complex information into executive messages.
Customer focused mindset and ability to drive strategic transformational initiatives.
Superior ability to prioritize, manage time and deliver results.
Certification: PMI© project manager certification (PMP) or equivalent.
Education: Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
MBA will be a plus.
Experience/knowledge in Ericsson Business Process (EBP), CPPM, ITIL, eTOM is an added advantage.
