Project Sales Supervisor

The Project Supervisor Position
The Project Supervisor position reports to the Technical Manager of the Company and is responsible for the following:

Maintain and develop project-type customers, including project consultants, integrators, end-users.
Follow up on project progress in real time and effectively coordinate the company’s internal resources to promote the completion of the project;
Provide customers with support for pre-sale service, cease to delivery phase of the project.
Based on the company’s solution roadmap update, regularly formulate new solution promotion strategies and develop accordingly new industry to create business opportunity.
Creating and maintaining sales goals as well as forecasting future sales trends.
Coordinating with other departments within a company, such as marketing or finance, to ensure that all relevant parties have been informed of the project’s status.
Developing and managing budgets for each project while accounting for all costs
Working with clients to define their needs and goals in order to create effective solutions to meet their requirements
Developing proposals that detail products or services that meet client needs, outlining pricing information and terms of sale
Resolving customer service issues by communicating with clients to explain product features and benefits and answering any questions about products or services
Conducting market research to identify potential clients and determine their needs
Coordinating with outside vendors to obtain products or services from them such as printing materials, arranging travel, etc.
Reporting on project status to upper management and keeping them informed about any delays or issues with the project 

Qualifications and Attributes
Qualified candidates should have the following qualifications and attributes:

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized university. 
Specialization in Sales and Management of Firefighting projects will be an added advantage.
Registration with professional bodies i.e. IEK or EBK
Proof of course attendance in leadership, project management or sales and marketing.
Ability to lead a team of technical people.
Integrity, self-drive, team work and communication skills.

Experience
It is expected that qualified candidates will have experience and skills in the following areas:

Management and sales experience.
Strong and visionary leadership 
Problem-solving abilities.
Project design and management .
Several years’ experience in managing technical personnel.
Project pricing, costing and implementation.
Computer literacy and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Presentation and networking skills.
