KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather and analyze information; formulate and test hypotheses, and develop as well as communicate recommendations.
Support the Group Strategic Planning and Consolidation processes; overall liaison of template dissemination, engagement meetings, collation and presentation.
Cascade of approved plans and monthly review against plan.
Prepare performance and strategy papers for senior executive management committees.
Provide management of strategy execution, working in conjunction with responsible line leaders.
Support target setting and plans that support achieving the targets.
Manage strategic initiatives validation, sizing and tracking and a unit level.
Provide on-going performance management of work stream sponsors, leads and initiative owners on the successful execution of the strategy.
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a Business related discipline from a recognized University.
Professional certification in Accounting (CPA) or CFA is an added advantage.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategy, business finance/consulting; including expertise in income statement and balance sheet structure
