This is a senior leadership position
The holder must be a perfectionist in Italian Cuisine
Must have International )global)experience with Italian Cuisine
Must have Leadership skills in his DNA
Ability to coordinate numerous kitchens at the same time
Menu development
Staff training and development within the kitchen set up
Quality assurance and management of food including interacting with guests and solving any issues which may crop up
Responsible for orienting, training and coaching and evaluation of new kitchen staff
Ensuring that the (HACCP) is adhered to on a daily basis by all members of staff.
Demonstrated ability and experience in overseeing large production and execution kitchens with over 300 staff members
Qualifications
Degree or a diploma in culinary arts
Over 3 years experience in a similar or related position
Must have proper knowledge of Italian Cuisine
Must have Leadership character in his DNA
