MFS Engagement Manager

What you will do

Drive presales engagements in order to build a profitable and sustainable Fintech business.
Together with Account Manager drive all pre-sales engagement for the Key Account Management team as a technology specialist.
Work at a strategic level identifying leads and opportunities across Market Area.
Participate in setting strategic direction and scorecard measures for the Domain and Customer Units in alignment with Business Area TEB MFS strategy.
Analyse and understand individual customer/client need and architect a solution that uniquely fits those needs to respond to the customer challenges.
Conduct in-depth business-focused discussions with customer.
Develop customer presentation and Perform value argumentation.
Contribute to business case development and present argumentation to C-level.
Build, manage and expand the regional offering portfolio in a specific area of competence and/or business.
Define scope of activities and identify resources required.
Generate and manage leads to increase the sales funnel.
Occasionally Contribute to the successful delivery of existing contracts and identify future sales growth opportunities.

You will bring

10-15 years of experience in leadership positions within the Banking, FinTech and ICT industry
Experience in C-suite governance leadership and management
Excellent Customer influencing skills specifically the ability to communicate technically the value of a proposed solution.
Build positive relationships with decision-makers by developing an extensive understanding of the customers overall business from a Financial Services/FinTech evolution perspective.
Have a proven Mobile Financial Services Background with previous responsibility for pre-sales, proposal development, product management, deal closure, and building custom solutions.
Ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams, empowering and finding opportunities to collaborate.
Strong financial and commercial competence
Developed problem solving skills to identify trends, inefficiencies, and value realization opportunities.
Very good understanding of Ericsson Business Process, Financial and Delivery models.
