Global People Admin Assistant Analyst, Cybersecurity

Your Role
As the Global People Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing schedules, and helping to streamline daily operations. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required. To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate will exhibit excellent organizational skills, be intuitive to the needs of managers, and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.
What You Will Do
Leadership Team Support:

 Maintain calendars of the Global People Leadership Team (GPLT), providing realtime scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
 Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights and hotels 
 Assist in preparing and organizing meetings, conferences, and events, including agendas, notetaking, and transcribing 
 Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the GPLT
 Collate and submit the GPLT’s expenses and reimbursements

Task Management:

 Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure that deadlines are met
 Help manage projects and initiatives by tracking progress and milestones
 Conduct research and provide reports or summaries as requested

Confidentiality & Professionalism:

 Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality
 Maintain polite and professional communication 

Anything else as required from time to time by the GPLT
What You Will Bring to KOKO

 High school degree
 Proven work experience as an Admin Assistant, Office Admin, Secretary, or Personal Assistant
 Proactive, selfstarter with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile
 Unquestionable ethical standards and integrity
 Experience using office software such as Google Suite and/or MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced typing and notetaking skills
 Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Exceptional interpersonal skills
 Outstanding organizational and time management skills
 Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively
 Outstanding attention to detail and problemsolving ability
 A professional and friendly demeanor
 English proficiency
