Key Purpose Statement
The Process Operator (Syrup room) is responsible for operation of the process area according to work Instructions, execution of destructive and non-destructive quality checks and carrying out autonomous maintenance. The Process Operator (Syrup room) has a primary focus on quality control activities of the team. This role reports to Quality Assurance Technologist
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manufacturing of high quality final syrups under high GMP standards.
Syrup release upon meeting specification.
Ensuring adherence to KORE and regulatory requirements in syrup operations.
Participating in continous improvement initiatives.
Initiating RCA for deviations or non-conforming processes and products.
Be Involved in all supply chain practices applicable to level 1.
Stock Management for Inventory in Syrup room.
Skills, Experience & Education
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma in Food Science and Technology or Biochemistry or Chemistry or Microbiology or any related course.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar or equivalent position in an FMCG
