Responsible for building and maintaining customer relations for customer satisfaction
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Receive and respond to customer inquiries
Prepare special documents needed by clients for export clearance (NGOs, MOH) e.g. convert SYSPRO generated packing slip, delivery notes and invoices into special MS Excel format for customer satisfaction;
Receive and screen new clients to facilitate opening of new accounts while maintaining an up-to-date clients’ database
Coordinate timely and accurate booking and keying in of clients’ orders for customer satisfaction
Supervise, coach and train Customer Care Assistants;
Prepare accurate reports for decision making;
Requirements
Diploma in Pharmacy and Business Related Degree
At least 3 years proven customer support experience in a busy/demanding environment;
Experience in working with CRM systems and ERPs;
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff;
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
The successful candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
