Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments, trends, and competitor analysis.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
Social Media Management:
Monitor social media engagement and provide recommendations for improvement.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, newsletters, and website updates.
Email Marketing:
Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels.
Sales Support:
Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
Participate in sales meetings and gain exposure to the sales process.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Help in segmenting customer data for targeted marketing efforts.
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and organizing events (e.g., webinars, trade shows) to promote our products/services.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for marketing and sales.
