Account Manager Sales Intern

Position Overview: 

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Account Manager to join our team as our first hire in this role. As an early-stage startup, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client relationships, defining our customer success strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with clients.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and escalations.

Customer Success Strategy:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies.
Define and monitor key success metrics to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Revenue Growth:

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Work closely with the sales team to expand revenue streams and meet targets.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Deep understanding of our product/service offerings.
Provide clients with training and support to maximize their value from our solutions.

Feedback and Insights:

Gather and relay client feedback to the product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.
2 years+ of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role.
Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.
Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
