What you’ll do: 

Partner cooperatively in a team environment to support evolution of a wide array of programs across Mastercard business.
Assist in analysing and interpreting user data, consider context and bias in data, and makes a point to highlight data issues / inconsistencies. 
Seeks to learn drivers of product stakeholder priorities/preferences and how to bring new insights to own team.
Perform project management duties, creating and documenting processes, developing timelines, and beyond.
Communicate across key stakeholders to implement action plans to support the business.
Perform desktop research to identify regional or global trends and develop key performance metrics and reporting.
Assist with ad hoc requests, participate in special projects as required, and provide cross-functional support as needed.

What you’ll need 

To be available for start from 4th September 2023
To be a Final Year Masters/Undergraduate Student or to have graduated no earlier than September 2023.
Project management skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail
Expert PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding ability a plus.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills  
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently. 
High-energy, can-do attitude, very strong sense of ownership and desire to succeed with commensurate analytical, technical, and strategic skills. 
Citizenship Requirement: Applicants for this position must be a citizen of Kenya in order to be considered for this role.
