Quality Control Agent

Brief Description        
To ensure and maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment, in compliance with the relevant industry regulatory and legislative requirements, company procedures and requirements of customer airlines with regards to cabin appearance. Develop and coordinate activities and programmes to meet and maintain quality standards.
Detailed Description        

Embrace and maintain a positive safety culture, healthy and secure working environment in compliance with company procedures, regulatory authorities and requirements of customer airlines.
Ensure systems, process and methodologies are followed to guarantee effective monitoring, quality and
Control.
Evaluating of the cabin interior and setting quality control objectives to achieve targets.
Setting and maintaining cabin clean score standards in line with documentation and control procedures.
Monitoring performance by collecting relevant information and preparing statistical reports.
Promoting performance improvement with relevant internal sections and external partners.
Identify and report hazards, near misses, incident and accidents.
Third party service delivery oversight.
Enforce blankets handling standards.
Adhere to KQ WAY principles and best practices.

Job Requirements        

‘O’ level grade C plain &
Diploma in relevant field
3 years relevant work experience
Ramp operations knowledge
Good knowledge of aircraft cabin configurations.
Presentation skills
Airside Safety Awareness & Aviation Security Awareness  
Cabin grooming
Dangerous Goods CAT 8
Safety Management System (SMS) Awareness
JKIA – Local emergency procedures

Valid driving license
