Job Responsibilities:
Participate with Solution architects in advising and proposing Teamcenter PLM solutions, which guide and align with customer’s vision.
Leverage implementation best practices and templates for Siemens PLM Teamcenter implementation
Lead development activities, including analysis, design, solution validation and any required prototyping, with the customer to verify if the best-in-class template solution applies to their environment to deliver value to their business.
Support project management activities to control scope, cost, schedule and quality
Communicate implementation processes, and progress to support customer expectations and adoption.
Required Knowledge/Skills:
8 – 10 years experience in PLM – Siemens Teamcenter UA, with strong Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Functional and implementation knowledge, coordination with offshore development teams and Customer Management skills.
1 – 3 years of experience in Architecture, Design & Detailing of Processes for PLM – Siemens Teamcenter UA.
6 – 8 years of Teamcenter PLM experience with solution elements such as authoring Functional Specifications, defining Work Streams, Scenarios and Use Cases, Data Modeling, ITK Customization, SOA customization, Integration with ERP/Enterprise Applications using T4S/T4O/T4EA & API experience will be added advantage
Considerable relevant knowledge of the following Teamcenter modules: Schedule Manager, WF designer, Access Manager, Document Management, Structure Manager, Classification, Change Management, Product Configurator, Easy Plan, DBOM – EBOM alignment
Experience in development of assets – PoCs, POV’s and Solutions
Technical skills: Java, C/C++, ITK, SOA, AWC (AngulaJS, CSS3/HTML5, Siemens Web framework widgets), BMIDE, Data Model
Knowledge of delivery framework and methodologies for an IT Services organization. Experience in leading & mentoring junior developers throughout the phases of PLM implementation projects including definition, installation, configuration, testing, deployment and post-production support.
Experience with Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) best practices.
Must be a self-starter with effective analytical, excellent communication skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
