Global Manager, Services Innovation (CL3) or Level)

JOB OBJECTIVE

Help ERM achieve its vision and performance objectives, through ongoing development and innovation in services.
Support sales and pipeline growth by identifying market opportunities, developing investment cases, and accelerating ERM’s capability to Go to Market (GtM) with new and enhanced value propositions.
Partner with Service, Industry, and Technical Community teams to develop the ERM Way to promote and deliver ERM Services and Global Offers. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support efficient and effective development and deployment of ERM’s Services and Global Offers with:

Service/Offer Development Projects – In partnership with services, commercial, and technical leads, co-create and facilitate the ERM Way of selling and delivery value to clients through:

Market and business assessments: Competitor reviews, pipeline and sales analyses, stakeholder surveys and interviews, ideation sessions, client feedback, and business cases for investment
New or enhanced value propositions and approaches that respond to unmet, market-driven client needs.
Client conversation materials and tools, in coordination with commercial upskilling teams
Delivery mapping and enablement: Determine what are the critical skills needed, delivery steps and process/efficiency improvement opportunities.

Programmatic Support – Lead work streams to:

Ensure knowledge management standards for service development and client development tools on Minerva and the SDT SharePoint sites.
Internally publicize deployment and Go-to-Market materials, campaign results and case studies (Minerva, Chatter, Viva Engage)
Publicize thought leadership and success stories internally and externally (e.g., ERM.com, LinkedIn).

Problem solving: Skill and experience devising practical solutions to business problems using data-driven and outcomes-oriented approaches.
Project Management: Proven experience driving solo and team-based projects to successful and on-time delivery of deliverables and goals/KPIs. Team-based projects often comprise ERM partners and SMEs, or other SDT members.
People and Collaboration: Ability to initiate, grow and sustain professional relationships with individuals and teams comprised of ERM partners and SMEs to support SDT’s ability to drive programmatic and project-based results.
Detail-oriented: Ensure that work products meet the standards of Services & Innovation (S&I) for high impact communication, technical accuracy, and knowledge management, as well as adherence to ERM’s brand standards for formatting and design.
Good communication skills: Clearly convey written and oral concepts to non-technical stakeholders. This includes creating internal and client-facing sales and delivery tools, reports, and presentations that distil the most salient points from complex topics into non-technical, lay terms.
Curious for knowledge and passionate about continuous improvement
Tools

PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Viva Engage; experience with graphics software is a plus.
Experience with PowerBI and ERM’s primary data platforms (GMS, Salesforce, and WorkDay) is desirable.
