Job Purpose: To support technicians with various tasks like design, wquipment installation, system configuration,and provide customer support.
Key Roles and Responsilities
Oversee technical processes and ensure they remain company compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Recruit,train and supervise technicians
Conduct frequent perfomance reviews for the technical team
Oversee installation of security systems e.g CCTVs, alarms, Fire, bollards, gates, Access Control, and others.
