Key Responsiblities

Develop a strong relationship with the decision makers
Manage a high performing team and ensure collective objective is met
Develop and grow existing account through a focused sales plan
Service existing key customers
Identify and explore new sales opportunities
Expand and consolidate the business within existing customers
 Develop a strong relationship with both the operations staff and the decision makers
Introducing new products and solutions to the customers
Implementing innovations on site
Carrying out site trainings- Training the operators Chemical handling ,Safety training and Micro 
In charge of OPI performance – OPI- Chemical usage- Lube, CIP,Additive,Caustic,Safety,Micro
Participating in  Continues improvement -Project DMAIC
Attending and organizing review Meetings
Managing the key account-Overall responsible for managing the site operation.
Managing the site team of 18 to 20 Staff
Invoicing and sharing sales focus
Managing site inventory
Maintaining Safety standards – Signages, Hygiene in chemical station
Sharing daily, weekly and monthly reports
Managing all logistics concerned
