Business Development Manager Country Manager-Cold Chain Logistics

Job Purpose: To develop and execute strategies to increase company sales and profits, identify profitable business opportunities, secure sound business deals, and lead business development associates. 
Key Roles and Responsibilities 

Drive profitable business growth through strategic initiatives, part     
Gaining new business by identifying and exploiting new business opportuities in the regional market;
Recruit and develop a high performing diverse sales team that meets the business needs. And build capacity of intermediaries in the market.
Must be in corporate sales in General Insurance.
Must have good corporate client base.
Good knowledge on General insurance products Ex: Fire, Merian, Burglary, Property & Employee benefits(GMC>I).
Candidate must be having good relationship with insurance companies to place business.
Expert in end-to-end Sales Planning – Business Forecasting, Active Pipeline Management and Sales Closures, Client Engagement, Key Account management  & Up & Cross Sell.
