Seeking a highly motivated professional with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, preferably holding a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. Must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments while adhering to strict deadlines. Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams are required. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards is a must.
A qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation or Statistics is required.
A proven track record of at least five years in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is required, including a minimum of three years in a senior or leadership capacity within the M&E domain.
Professional candidates will have prior hands-on involvement with nonprofit or NGO initiatives in field-based environments, with a preference for experience in Kenya.
With a demonstrated history of success in monitoring and evaluation, responsibilities include developing and enhancing data collection and measurement tools.
Skilled in assisting program teams in leveraging data for continuous learning, strategic decision-making, program enhancement, and donor reporting requirements.
Experienced professionals should demonstrate a strong command of data analysis tools, including but not limited to SPSS, STATE, Excel, Power BI, or comparable software solutions.
Professionals with expertise in mobile data collection platforms such as KoboToolbox, OK, Comm Care, or comparable systems are encouraged to apply.
Proficient qualitative abilities encompassing interviewing techniques, narrative development, and the capacity to discern underlying significance beyond quantitative metrics.
Proficient in crafting comprehensive reports and conveying ideas with clarity and precision in both written and verbal communication.
