Responsibilities
To recruit train, supervise organize and guide a highly motivated marketers team.
To meet production targets on sales and, recruitment.
To sell the company’s products in your region
To devise strategies and techniques necessary to achieve sales targets.
To perform any other duties that may lead to the growth of the company
Qualifications
Proven experience working as a sales agent
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication skills.
