Job Description: As a Sales Executive at Havana, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Present our range of uniform products to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the uniforms or apparel industry.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the Kenyan uniforms market and industry trends is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
