Job Education
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Accounts or a related field. Previous experience as a cashier in a club, bar, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting. Training or certification in cash handling or customer service.
Job Must Have
Cash Handling:
Accurately handle cash, debit/credit card transactions, and electronic payments for purchases of drinks, food or other services.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries and assisting with any issues or complaints.
Payment Processing:
Ensure that all payments are processed efficiently and accurately, providing customers with receipts as needed.
Cash Register Operation:
Operate the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system, including performing opening and closing procedures, and reconciling cash drawers at the end of each shift. Balancing Accounts: Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report any discrepancies or discrepancies to the supervisor or manager. Knowledge of Menu and Pricing: Familiarize yourself with the club’s menu items. Compliance: Adhere to all financial and security policies and procedures to safeguard club assets and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other staff members, including bartenders, servers, and management, to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of service.
Educational Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Accounts or a related field.
