We are looking for a Customer service Representative and Salon Manager.
You must have great leadership and problem solving skills.
You must be able to supervise and offer leadership to the team to ensure the business nail salons runs smoothly.
You must have excellent customer service skills to solve customer problems and come up with standards to ensure our customer service is exceptional.
You must be proactive, flexible and diligent and have great communication skills.
Roles-
Resolving customer issues and handling any customer issues.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics
Responding to customer reviews
Ensuring the team deliver excellent customer training at all times and come up with standards for the business.
Manage day to day operations of the business ensuring standards set are followed.
